18 Thankful Prayers for Mother in Heaven on her Birthday (Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mom)

Two years ago, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. I became her full-time caregiver. I slept on the floor in her room. I fed, bathed, and ensured she had her medication.

It was an honor to care for her the way she cared for me. As hard as that time was, my precious moments with her bring me joy when I think about them. The moments when we sat and talked or I held her hand while she slept

When my mother passed away, I was holding her hand by her bed. During this difficult time and the months following, I found comfort in Bible verses about emotional trauma.

Tomorrow is Mom’s birthday. It is hard for me to think about her. But I find peace when I take time to pray and thank God for the wonderful mother he gave me.

I wish that I could see her again to say happy birthday, Mom.

But what I can do is thank God for all the time I had with her.

Here are 14 prayers and Bible verses to remember your mother and thank God for your time with her.

Proverbs 31:25-26 – She was strong and dignified.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.”

Not a single day goes by that I don’t remember a piece of advice my mother gave me. I will keep all her teachings as life’s greatest treasure.
