We can ask God to be with us in our court hearing and help us. God does not want us to live in fear.

He is a God of Justice. He is a fair God. And he is the God who grants wisdom to all who ask.
As we walk through this storm he will be the one saying peace be still. He will give us the calm spirit we need.
God is truth, and he wants truth to prevail. We can trust him.

Psalm 94:1-4: The victorious outcome of the case
O Lord God, to whom vengeance belonged; O God, to whom vengeance belonged, shew thyself. Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth, and render a reward to the proud. Lord, how long shall the wicked triumph? How long shall they utter and speak hard things? And all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
Dear Lord, we come today to ask for victory in the outcome of this case. God, I need a good outcome and I trust you for this. The Word of God says that you are the one who is sovereign. I need divine intervention in this case.
I am asking God that you will give a good verdict of this court case. I know that you can give me a positive outcome in this court case.
God, you are the only one who can give me victory, and I am trusting only in you. I know that in your grace and mercy I will be safe.

Dear Heavenly father, I ask today for justice to be served. You are the God of justice. Ungodly people have attacked me, and only you can rescue me. I am asking for justice in this court matter.
People have wronged me with false witnesses and lies. I need a strong warrior in the courtroom with me. And I know only you can be that mighty warrior.
I know that I will have justice in this case, only if you are beside me and granting me your grace and mercy. You are the one who loves Justice. So I ask that justice will be served, and the false accusers will be punished.

Psalm 43:1: Fairness in proceedings
Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
Dear God, I am coming, pleading for fairness in these proceedings. I am asking for fairness in the court today, as we come before the judge. I am asking for fairness.
I know that in court many people are treated unfairly, and I am trusting you that you will bring a spirit of fairness into this court.
The United states court room is supposed to be a place of fairness, but we know this is not the case. Court proceedings are not known for being fair. But I am trusting that you will take care of me.
I am asking that I have a fair hearing, and the court treats me with fairness and respect.
I ask also that you help me to be patient when the court does not seem to be acting fair. Remind me God that you are soveringn and I can trust your will today and always.
I ask this through the triumphant victory of my Lord Jesus Christ.
Proverbs 14:8: Wisdom for judges
True wisdom is the ability to judge present circumstances with a view to future success. The truth is always ultimately successful.
O God of my righteousness, I am asking today for you to give wisdom to the judge in my case. God, we need our judges to have knowledge and wisdom. Jesus, you are the fair judge who sits at the right hand of God.
And I ask that you grant some of your wisdom to the Judge in my upcoming court case. I am asking for divine wisdom for this judge, who will be overseeing my case.
I know that being a judge is a very hard job. The judge holds the lives of men, women, and families in his/her hands. They need your wisdom.
The judge may not know to ask for your wisdom, but I ask that you grant it even if it was never asked for.
God I know that with your wisdom the judge will treat each person with the grace and mercy they need. Thank you for being the God of all wisdom. And thank you for your promise to grant wisdom generously to all who ask.

Psalm 35:1: Vindication for the wronged
Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me; fight against them that fight against me.
Father God, I am coming today to ask that you give vindication to the people wronged in this case. God, there are evil spirits that we need to be protected from. I need your protection now as I am in the middle of a court case.
People have come into this court with false witnesses against me during this legal situation. False accusations have brought me to this place, and now I need the Lord of righteousness to protect me.
I need your amazing grace during this time as I am being accused by a false witness.
I know that, in your perfect timing, I will be vindicated. I know that your unfailing love will care for me as I wait for the truth to prevail.
I know that while I walk through this situation of be wronged that I am not alone, you are with me, and you will protect me and fight for me.

Isaiah 4:6: Refuge in the storm
A shelter and shade from the heat of the day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and rain.
Great God, You are my refuge in this storm. This situation seems dire and impossible, and I need your help. The court of law is a scary place to be.
There are times during this storm that I have felt full-blown desperation and heavy heart as I go through this storm.
God I ask that you hear the cries of your children. We need you. The Bible says you are our very present help in trouble. And during this storm we need your perfect peace.
Take our troubled hearts and give us your peace. The spirits of fear do not come from you. Remind me to ignore the fear and have faith in you.
I am traveling through this life storm, and you are my refuge and my strength. You God give me shelter in the rainstorm, and prove me the shade in the heat. You are with me always and I trust on you.

Proverbs 22:1: Reputation preserved.
Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold.
God of Mercy, today I come to you asking for the preservation of my reputation. Whatever happens, let me have the courage to accept the will of God. I want to leave my life in the charge of God.
Unjust situations can make me feel alone. But I know that the hand of the Lord is over my case today. I have been lied about, condemned, and rejected by people.
People are saying things about me, and destroying my reputation. I know that today many people do not think having a good reputation is important. But I know that as a Christian it is a vital part of our testimony.
The Bible says that a good reputation is better then wealth.
I am an ambassador of you Jesus Christ. That means when my reputation is destroyed it also hurts your reputation. I am asking that whatever happens the name of Lord always be raised above all else.
Please restore my reputation.

Proverbs 17:27: Calm in Spirit
He who has knowledge spares his words, and a man of understanding has a calm spirit.
Everlasting God, I am asking for you to calm my spirit. I need spiritual healing that only you can grant. I am asking for your calmness of spirit today.
As I walk into the court room, help me to breath slowly, see everyone around me, and feel at ease. When I have thoughts of anxiety remind me of the truth in your word. Release the anxiety from me.
As I sit in the court room, allow my body to relax, and my mind to focus on the proceedings. I know that through your power I will have a calm spirit. I need to feel you today God.
I need to know that your Holy Spirit is with me. I am calm when I know that I am not alone.
You said in Your word that I will have a calm spirit if I have understanding. So God I ask for Your understanding. I know then I will have a calm spirit in the court room.
As I feel your spirit with me, remind me of your unfailing love for me.
The night before the court, help me to have a peaceful sleep. I know I can sleep knowing you are in control.

John 8:32 Truth to prevail.
And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
Christ Jesus, we come today to ask that the truth prevail in our court case. Today many people do not think that truths matters. But your word shows me that you place high value on truth.
Bring true witness into the court case. Give me an honest heart.
It is a greater honor to have you, the God of all truth, with me in the court room.
God I know that truth comes from you. Truth, wisdom, and Knowledge belong to you. The Bible says that truth will set us free.
I am in this court room, and I need your help to find the freedom I am seeking. I know that freedom will only come with the truth.
Truth comes from you God. I know that your character and personality is truth. Your very nature is truth.
So I ask that you will allow truth to reign in the court room. Defeat the lies of the enemy. Shine a light on the powers of the devil that are lying.
Expose the lies for what they are. I plead all this to you my heavenly father.

Proverbs 11:14: Good Counsel
Where there is no guidance, the people fall, but in abundance of counselors, there is victory.
Gracious Father. I need good counsel. I need to find the right attorney I need advice from godly friends and family. I need both an earthly and heavenly advocate.
I need to be surrounded by people who not be afraid to tell me what I need to hear. I need divine guidance and know that is only found at the righteous right hand of God.
In the Bible you said the Holy Spirit is the counselor we need.
As I choose my court attorney will the Holy Spirit give me the wisdom to choose the right defenses attorney who will give me the good counsel that I need.
I am asking you to show me the people I need in my corner. You are the one who knows he inner parts of each man and women.
Show me the person of high integrity that I can trust to give me the right counsel as I face the court room.
I know that you will send the right people into my life, who will guide me the way you want me to be guided. I trust you, as my good counsel.
