What does the Bible say about God not hearing our prayers?

Have enough faith to stand firm in your storms for God to answer you. Your prayers are heard by the Lord God, for he hears the righteous cry out. The prayer of an honest person, The Lord God, can listen to even a whisper from them. In times of trouble, you believe that God cannot hear you.

However, it is the opposite he hears and is working things out for your perfect plan.

Bible verses about God answering prayers

” I thank you that you have answered me and have become my salvation.” Psalm 118:21 ESV

Thank God before He even answers your unanswered prayers. The point of prayer is to believe in what you are asking for before the Lord God even answers you. You have enough belief that it is not only God’s Will for your life but that He is capable of all things.

The biblical example Isaiah 65:24 is Christ Jesus saying that He will answer when your words are only a thought. The Lord God will hear every word you speak to Him. God answers prayers as a part of your deliverance.

” If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22 NIV

Your confidence in Christ Jesus alone has the power to answer your prayers. Your hope and strong foundation in the Lord Almighty will unveil the greatness he has stored for you. When you ask from your faith, you are preparing yourself to receive what is of God.

His desires over your life may not look the same as you have envisioned.

John 14:14 whatever you ask from the good Father, he will give to you. Good things such as your unanswered prayers can only come to fruition when your Christian life, such as prayer, holds significant importance.

You can only receive from the Lord God as much as you believe in what he is capable of doing over your life.

” The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” Psalm 34:17 NIV

Hardships are inevitable between the non-believers and the consistent worshiper of God.

However, as a Christ follower, he hears your cries even during your times of straying from his presence. The Lord God saves you in your times of need, whether physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional.

Your suffering is not permanent, for the Lord God hears your cries and works on the good works to get you out of this season.

Romans 8:28 Christ Jesus is constantly working things out for your good. Amidst the trials you seem to face, he is still doing good things for your life. He is behind the scenes of your life, making sure that, in the end, you have an eternal life waiting for you.

Your troubles are petty compared to the will of God, who has the ultimate control over your life.

” Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.” Psalm 143:1 NIV

The righteous cry out for the relief only Heavenly Father can provide.

The good news is that God will continue to answer your cries until the earth ends.

In Jesus’ name, the Lord God will rescue you from all the bad things that clouded your view of eternal glory.

Psalm 56:13 is the awesome deeds the Lord God has made possible for you to walk in your righteousness. The good Father is faithful to you in all the days of his life. There is nothing that he cannot make possible for the Christian life that you continue to live by in truth.

Bible verses on God answering prayers in His own time

” Lord, I wait for you; you will answer, Lord my God.” Psalm 38:15 ESV

God’s character is what you aim to become filled with patience, love, and peace. In your time of need, you grow impatient with the Lord’s time for your desires. You become a better person in your time of waiting and pursuing the Lord God even further than if you got an immediate answer.

The best time for your life will always be God’s time with the perfect plan he has already promised for you. The point of prayer is for it to become a state of peace in knowing that even though the repetition of asking for the same unanswered prayer, the blessings God has for you will arrive in His time.

” You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows.” Job 22:27 NIV

When you are waiting on unanswered prayers, this does not mean to stop seeking out Christ. The best time to pray is during your waiting season for God’s promise to overflow your life. Your Heavenly Father has an appointed time for every blessing and answers you receive.

The vows you have made to the Lord God is to live in your Christian life as a true believer. You can only bear fruit when you live by the Word of God, even on a day of trouble.

The wrong motives are those who only wish to receive God’s blessings and not to walk in the Holy Spirit. It pleases God when you seek Him out daily in prayer drawing near to Him in anticipation.

” Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” Colossians 4:2 NIV

Paul’s letter is speaking to God’s children and the way they are to talk regarding prayer. True believers conversate with God in prayer, including Him in their day-to-day life. It does not always have to be a list of unanswered prayers you are waiting on.

It is a time to connect with your Heavenly Father and to speak with Him throughout your day. There is a  good outcome that comes from your waiting and praying.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 goes on to say to pray without ever ending. The life of prayer is to pray with full belief in Christ Jesus and consistently pray over the same thing. It is with consistency that the Heavenly Father sees where your own heart is at always.

Christ is your sanctuary to release all your worries and fears, so you no longer bear this. He wants to be the person you speak to for all things, even the tiny things.

” Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23 NIV

This letter encourages God’s people to have confidence in Christ Jesus. The real meaning of this bible verse is that God’s children are to be persistent in waiting.

O God of our salvation, your confidence draws me closer to you for all the good deeds you have mercifully blessed me with selflessly. My hope is found in the love that you shower me with daily.

Psalm 33:4 Your Word is accurate, and numerous scripture references prove this. Your hope in your Heavenly Father is to remain the same regardless of your current circumstances.

He is an unchanging God with even those that have little faith. He still shows His favor and glory. There are no coincidences when walking with Christ. God is continually answering prayers, even those you haven’t asked for from Him.

Bible verses about God answering prayers according to His will

”This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us–whatever we ask–we know that we have what we asked of him.” 1 John 5:14-15 NIV

John is speaking about God’s children’s conviction, knowing that eternal life is waiting for you. Your faith in Christ has secured a place for you in heaven by your salvation alone. Prayer requests of your own will are not fulfilled or answered by God.

God’s perfect plan is built from the prayers you have cried out to Him.

Psalm 25:4-5 is asking God to show you his teachings that reveal God’s will. God answers prayers according to His will, and when specific prayers are not answered, know that it is for the mighty things, He has for you.

His will for your life entails many things since He already knows the decisions you make without him will entail if you fulfill your purpose in Christ Jesus. When you dive deeper into the life of prayer and God’s Word, the Heavenly Father will reveal his will for your life.

” If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” John 15:7 NIV

In earlier verses, the biblical example is of the vine and the branches referring to Christ within you. It is a statement from Jesus for God’s children who are true believers. To bear fruit of any kind from your Heavenly Father, you must abide in Him.

Matthew 26:39 is a scripture reference asking for God’s Will when you cry out to Him for your unanswered prayers. God is capable of all things. However, answering prayers is according to God’s Will.

You cannot see the effect or consequence of all your prayers being answered. The good news is that God answers prayers by His Will to prevent you from going down a path that will separate you from God’s love.

” And whatever we ask we receive from him because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.” 1 John 3:22 ESV

The life of prayer is circled by trust in the Lord God. You bring it all to Him when you trust and firmly believe in his power. When you understand and know God on a personal level, this is where you hit home for yourself.

You begin to ask the right questions and pray over the areas in your life through which God has shined a light. You have enough faith to see God’s Will for your life and not question where he is taking you.

Leviticus 22:31 states to live by His commandments. You are instructed to do the things that please your Heavenly Father. Your unanswered prayers soon become the life you once prayed for in your obedience.

The little faith others may have around you cannot affect your relationship when you remain firm in your faith.

” And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.” Luke 11:9-10 ESV

The point of prayer is never to stop knocking on God’s throne. The eyes of the Lord have watched you constantly knock to show Him that you are there present. You don’t just ask God once; you continue to seek Him out.

Matthew 7:7 The Lord God loves to answer your prayers. With God’s help, you can see the great news coming from God’s love. When you seek out God’s Will instead of the desires of your heart, you will continue to bear fruit abundantly.

Bible verse about God answering prayers in three ways

” Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made in perfect weakness,” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:8-9 ESV

Apostle Paul is explaining how he asked three times, which God denied. Paul had to go through this to see that when we are weak, God remains strong. Even during your faithfulness to your Heavenly Father, you are not objective to receiving hardships.

Your weakness gives him the power to overtake your life and lead you to places you cannot reach.

John 19:30 Christ declares that it is finished. Often Christ Jesus knows that during your storms, you are too busy working to get out of it that you are unable to see what to take out of the situation.

God will speak to you during our storms, whether patience, trust in Him, or praise him despite your spirit feeling down. When we are weak, he is strong. There is great power found in your darkest storms.

” Pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 ESV

Apostle Paul is encouraging the Thessalonians to pray continually. God wants his relationship to be in constant communication with Him, and tell him everything you would tell close friends.

It is more than just praying; it’s in a state of meditation on Christ’s love and God’s Word. The point of prayer is to seek out the good Father who has your perfect plan waiting for you.

The biblical example is Acts 20:36. Paul prayed with the elders of the church just as Christ Jesus did before every event, he partook in. You thank your unanswered prayers when you pray, knowing that your Heavenly Father will provide God’s will.

The life of worship is the guidance you need to direct you with every decision you make. The best thing about praying to the Lord God is that he speaks to you through other true believers, good deeds, and answered prayers.

” For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those who walk is blameless.” Psalm 84:11 NIV

Your unanswered prayers are not a punishment but a favor from the love of God who can see the wicked ways that you cannot see. The eyes of the Lord see what each decision will entail when your heart desires to take control.

Your strength in difficult times will hold you close to God when going through your hard things with your head up to the Lord God.

The God of my salvation does things only for your good. In an amazing way, the Lord God is saving you from any wicked ways overcoming your life. Christ Jesus shields you from any harm in the hidden things. True believers receive good things from the holy spirit.

The blessings God has for you will overwhelm you with joy. The life of prayer will reveal hidden things that are secretly blessings in your life. Allow your confidence to draw you to a relationship with Christ that you have yet to experience.
